About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Artist Manager to manage artists, coordinate bookings, and build strong relationships with artists, clients, event planners, and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate artists for live events, concerts, weddings, corporate events, and shows.
- Handle artist bookings, negotiations, contracts, schedules, and event requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, agencies, clients, and vendors.
- Coordinate artist travel, hospitality, logistics, and technical requirements.
- Negotiate artist fees and ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Develop new artist connections and expand the company’s artist network.
- Coordinate with the internal event team to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain artist databases, availability, profiles, and booking records.
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve artist-related issues professionally.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in Artist Management, Event Management, Entertainment, or Talent Management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Good knowledge of the live entertainment and event industry.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by events.
- Strong qualified network with artists, musicians, performers, and agencies will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,335.13 - ₹20,000.00 per month
