Position:

Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Location:

Thane

Key Responsibilities

· Generate new business opportunities for warehousing and transportation services

· Develop and maintain relationships with clients, manufacturers and corporate customers

· Conduct market visits and client meetings for business development

· Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and service presentations

· Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams for smooth onboarding of recent clients

· Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business

· Maintain customer database and sales reports

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

· Identify opportunities for contract logistics, dedicated transportation, and storage solutions

· Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

· Support management in tender participation and pricing discussions

Preferred Candidate Profile

· Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain sales preferred





· Good communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to handle client meetings independently

· Knowledge of warehouse operations and transportation processes

· Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting

· Candidate should be target-oriented and self-motivated

· Local market knowledge of Mumbai, Thane, Bhiwandi, and surrounding industrial areas preferred

Qualification

· Graduate in any stream

· Logistics background preferred

Salary

· As per industry standards + Incentives

Additional Requirements

· Two-wheeler preferred for client visits

· Willingness to travel for business meetings.
