An Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring productive service delivery, managing staff and resources, coordinating with departments, monitoring operational performance, maintaining quality and compliance standards, resolving operational issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient/customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
