Vilican is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Associate who will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers over calls, and converting them into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a persuasive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain products/services and generate interest
- Handle customer queries effectively and professionally
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain and update customer database in CRM
- Follow up with leads and ensure conversion
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams when required

Requirements:

- Graduate or equivalent qualification
- 0 to 2 years of experience in telesales/telecalling (freshers can apply)




- Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting
