Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Management Executive to manage daily stock operations, inventory records, and related office activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily stock and inventory records.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing stock and ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records.
- Track stock levels and report shortages, excesses, damages, or discrepancies.
- Prepare regular inventory and stock reports.
- Coordinate with purchase, sales, warehouse, and accounts teams.
- Maintain inventory-related documents, invoices, and records.




- Update stock information accurately in Excel or inventory software.
- Assist with stock audits and inventory verification.
- Handle inventory-related data entry and office work.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in inventory or stock management.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports efficiently.
- Knowledge of ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.
