Hotel Malika Residency, a three-star hotel in Ettumanoor, is hiring a Restobar Steward/Waiter for its Food & Beverage Service team.

We welcome applications from final-year hotel-management students, freshers, recent graduates and experienced candidates. The selected candidate should have a positive attitude towards hospitality and be committed to providing courteous and professional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome guests and assist them with seating

* Present menus and explain available food and beverage options

* Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar

* Serve food and beverages professionally and promptly

* Attend to guest requests and help resolve service-related concerns

* Prepare and maintain tables and service areas

* Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar and billing teams

* Follow the hotel’s hygiene, grooming and service standards

Candidate Eligibility





* Final-year hotel-management students may apply

* Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply

* Experienced restaurant or restobar service staff are welcome

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Professional attitude and willingness to learn

* Willingness to work according to hotel operational shifts

Prior restaurant or restobar experience is an advantage but is not compulsory.
