We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration, performance management, and the implementation of company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring activities.
- Handle employee onboarding and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Support attendance, leave, payroll, and HR documentation processes.
- Assist in performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Coordinate training and development programmes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
