Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CRM Architect to lead the architecture of an enterprise Salesforce ecosystem spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA).

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce architecture, enterprise data modeling, security, integrations, data migration, automation, and multi-brand Salesforce environments. This is a hands-on architecture role involving solution design, technical governance, architecture reviews, and collaboration with Salesforce development, DevOps, QA, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architecture, including data model, security, sharing, automation, and scalability.
- Design a canonical and extensible Salesforce data model supporting multiple brands within a shared enterprise platform.
- Define Salesforce architecture standards, design patterns, governance, and best practices across multiple delivery pods.
- Lead Salesforce brand migration and consolidation initiatives, including legacy assessment, data mapping, process analysis, and target-state architecture.
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, NetSuite/ERP, and third-party applications.
- Design integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
- Lead large-scale Salesforce data migration, cleansing, deduplication, matching/merging, and cutover strategies.
- Partner with Salesforce architects across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud,



and Revenue Cloud Advanced to maintain an integrated enterprise architecture.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate Salesforce capabilities including Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Agentforce, and Einstein.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews and mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical teams.
- Maintain architecture documentation, solution designs, system diagrams, and ERDs.
- Guide Salesforce environment strategy, release management, CI/CD and DevOps practices, including tools such as Copado or similar platforms.
- Monitor Salesforce org health, limits, performance, scalability, and technical debt.
- Support go-live, hypercare, production issues, and post-implementation enhancements.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with significant experience at the Architect level.
- Robust expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Enterprise Salesforce architecture and multi-brand / shared-org experience.
- Strong Salesforce security architecture knowledge including:
- Roles
- Profiles
- Permission Sets
- Sharing Rules
- Territory Management
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs:
- REST / SOAP APIs
- MuleSoft / Boomi or similar middleware
- Event-driven integrations
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, ERP/NetSuite,



and third-party applications.
- Experience leading Salesforce data migration and consolidation projects.
- Strong understanding of data cleansing, deduplication, matching/merging, data quality, and migration cutover.
- Exposure to Generative AI, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, Agentforce, or Einstein.
- Experience working with distributed teams and multi-pod delivery models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical architecture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Active Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred, including:

- Salesforce Application Architect
- Salesforce System Architect
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Platform Developer I
- Platform Developer II
- Integration Architecture Designer
- Agentforce Certification – Plus

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with large-scale Salesforce platform consolidation or multi-brand migration programs.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or Revenue Cloud Advanced.
- Experience with Agentforce and Einstein.
- Experience with Copado, Flosum, or similar Salesforce CI/CD and DevOps tools.
- Experience working with Salesforce QA/test automation tools such as Provar.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Salesforce Architect who can balance enterprise architecture with practical implementation. You should be comfortable making build-vs-configure decisions, designing scalable Salesforce solutions, governing architecture across multiple teams, and working closely with business and technology leadership.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
