Job Description:

- Set and monitor quality standards for raw materials, manufacturing phases, and final products.
- Supervise, train, and mentor quality control inspectors and technicians.
- Ensure adherence to health regulations, legal obligations, and industry standards
- Approve high-standard products and reject defective items.
- Maintain precise documentation, conduct statistical analysis, and report metrics to upper management
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in quality control or assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Deep knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), statistical analysis tools, and industry-specific testing frameworks.
- Robust leadership, problem-solving, and clear communication abilities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
