HR Executive Location: Vin Nagar, Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu Department: Human Resources Reports to: HR Manager / Management Job Summary We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, and HR administration for our manufacturing plant and corporate office. Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop-floor, staff, and management positions — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HRMS data • Administer payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for salary processing • Ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factories Act, and other labour law requirements applicable to a manufacturing unit • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and training/development programs • Support plant HR functions — contract labour management, canteen,



safety compliance coordination • Draft and update HR policies, offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation • Organize employee engagement activities and support statutory audits/inspections Requirements • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree. • Freshers can also apply. • HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory workplace • Working knowledge of labour laws (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Bonus Act) • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/payroll software • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills • Fluency in Tamil and English; Hindi is a plus *Based on performance and skill assessment, the role will be assigned after a 1–3 month evaluation period

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
