We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries.
- Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding leads and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily call and sales reports.
- Follow up regularly with customers until the sales process is completed.





Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam communication is preferred; knowledge of English/Hindi will be an advantage.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to make regular outbound calls.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
