Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ML & AI Platform Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Machine Learning Engineering, MLOps, AI platforms and cloud technologies. The role involves leading pipeline development/migration, resolving data discrepancies, designing scalable AI solutions and managing ML/AI platform deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of ML/AI platform solutions and architectures.

Oversee development and migration of 10–15 data/ML pipelines.

Troubleshoot pipeline failures, data discrepancies and performance issues.

Manage Token Platform and AI Gateway.

Drive end-to-end ML model operationalization and MLOps.

Guide model versioning, retraining pipelines and production deployments.

Evaluate ML algorithms, frameworks and cloud platforms based on business requirements.

Build and optimize batch processing and model-training workloads.

Lead Generative AI evaluations and content-filter implementation.

Conduct code reviews and ensure quality, scalability and performance.

Own end-to-end ML/AI platform deployments and operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI adoption, data strategy and governance.

Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership.





Required Skills

8+ years of experience in ML/AI Engineering; strong hands-on MLOps experience.

Advanced Python and modern ML libraries.

Strong experience in MLOps, model deployment and operationalization.

Deep expertise in Azure, particularly:

Azure Machine Learning Studio

Azure AI Foundry

Azure Functions

Cosmos DB

Azure DevOps

Key Vault

Hands-on experience with Snowflake AI services.

Strong knowledge of Snowflake Cortex AI & Snowpark Container Services (SPCS).

Experience with large-scale model deployment and infrastructure management.

Strong performance tuning and scalability expertise.

Understanding of AI governance, security and compliance.

Platform Engineering / Platform Operations experience is a strong advantage.

Candidate Requirements

Bench profiles only – immediate availability is essential.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills – Mandatory.

Strong experience in architecture and solution design.

Ability to design protocol-based / architecture-driven solutions.

Experience handling complex pipeline migration, data discrepancy and production issues.

Solid leadership, ownership and problem-solving abilities.
