Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally, and Excel. The ideal candidate should have independently worked on GST and TDS return filing and have good practical experience in day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Handle TDS calculation, reconciliation, and return filing.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP.
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, journal entries, and other accounting documents.
- Assist in GST/TDS reconciliations and compliance-related activities.
- Prepare regular MIS and accounting reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory compliance.

Required Skills





- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST Return Filing and TDS Return Filing.
- Good working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- Data reconciliation and analysis
- Solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have handled GST & TDS filings and have strong practical experience in Tally and Excel will be preferred.
