About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee day-to-day human resource operations at our Kalpetta location. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, attendance and payroll coordination, and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Handle payroll coordination and ensure timely salary processing
- Address employee grievances and support a positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
- Coordinate performance appraisals and employee development initiatives




- Assist in framing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Support branch-level HR needs and coordinate with senior management
- Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an HR role
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
- Ability to multitask and manage HR functions independently
