- Packing finished products as per company standards.
- Checking product quantity, quality, labels, and packing materials before dispatch.
- Preparing dispatch documents such as invoice, delivery challan, and packing list.
- Coordinating with stores, production, transporters, and customers for timely dispatch.
- Loading and unloading materials safely.
- Maintaining dispatch records and stock movement details.
- Ensuring proper storage and handling of packed materials.
- Following safety and housekeeping practices in the packing area.
- Supporting inventory counting and material verification activities.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of packing and dispatch activities.
- Ability to maintain records and documents.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / ERP preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Physically fit for material handling activities.
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma / ITI / 12th Pass.
