Trinity Super Specialty Eye Hospital, Palakkad

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Business Head to lead the business growth and operations of our Eye Hospital.

Qualification: MBA / PG in Management
Experience: 5+ years of experience in the Eye Care / Hospital Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business growth, revenue, and profitability of the hospital.
- Develop and implement business and marketing strategies.
- Monitor hospital operations, patient flow, and service performance.
- Build referral networks and strengthen corporate/doctor relationships.
- Lead and motivate the business development and front-office teams.
- Monitor KPIs, targets, and overall business performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and service standards.
- Coordinate with doctors and management for smooth operations.
- Prepare regular business reports and performance updates.
