Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Executive to oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure that production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production schedules.
- Ensure daily and monthly production targets are achieved.
- Supervise production staff and allocate work according to requirements.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality and reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Purchase, and other departments for smooth production.
- Monitor availability and consumption of fabrics, raw materials, accessories, and other materials.
- Identify production delays, bottlenecks, and quality issues and take corrective action.
- Maintain daily production records, reports, and performance data.
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with maintenance teams when required.




- Support production planning and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Manage manpower and improve production efficiency.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of textile and garment production processes.
- Strong production planning and coordination skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to monitor quality and productivity.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in textile, garment, fabric, or apparel production preferred.
- Candidates with relevant experience in textile manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,126.41 - ₹20,407.50 per month
