- Insurance Domain knowledge is a must.
- Provide the first level of support to Anoud users.
- Deliver the tasks as per the agreed SLA.
- Analyze the business requirements and prepare functional documents.
- Assist in functional testing.

- Analyzing and resolving problems.
- Learn & improve and evolve with recent practices.
