HIRING – BIM Architect

Enigma Design is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented BIM Architect for Residential and Commercial Architecture / Interior Projects.

Location: Chembur, Mumbai Job Type: Full Time – Work From Office Contract Duration: Minimum 1 Year Contract (Extendable) Experience Required: 3+ Years Market-competitive salary / Pay

Required Software Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, is mandatory
- Knowledge of rendering software such as D5 Render, Lumion, and Enscape preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

- Create Architectural BIM Models and Construction Documentation
- Prepare Architectural Drawings, GFC / Working Drawings, and BIM deliverables
- Work on Residential and Commercial Architecture / Interior Projects
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines and project stakeholders
- Develop and manage BIM workflows using Revit and related BIM softwares
- Ensure project standards, detailing quality, and documentation accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.Arch preferred




- Experienced BIM Modelers or BIM Engineers with similar expertise can also apply
- Strong understanding of Construction Drawings and Submittals
- Experience in Architectural GFC / Working Drawings in Revit preferred
- Understanding of construction processes and materials
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills

- Experience in Architecture and Architectural Drawings is essential
