Hiring: Security Officer (SO) – Pharma Manufacturing Unit

We are looking for an experienced Security Officer (SO) for a pharmaceutical manufacturing unit near Padra, Vadodara, Gujarat.

Position: Security Officer (SO)

Location: Near Padra, Vadodara, Gujarat

Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Employment: TPA / Third-Party Payroll (Company Side)

Candidate Profile:

Civilian/ Ex-Serviceman / Ex-Armed Forces personnel preferred

Relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, pharma, chemical or plant security will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervision and deployment of security personnel.

-Monitoring entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and materials.

-Maintaining security discipline and access-control procedures.

-CCTV and surveillance monitoring.





-Conducting regular security rounds and surprise checks.

-Maintaining shift reports, incident reports and security records.

-Coordination with internal departments and external agencies whenever required.

-Ensuring compliance with company security policies and site procedures.

Significant: Candidates with existing Security Supervisor / Security Officer experience Civilians or Ex-Servicemen background will be considered.
