Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Embryologist to independently perform and supervise IVF/ART laboratory procedures while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, documentation, and patient sample traceability.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform IVF, ICSI, oocyte handling, denudation, fertilization checks, embryo culture, grading, and blastocyst evaluation.
- Perform embryo vitrification, warming/thawing, oocyte and sperm cryopreservation.
- Handle sperm preparation, semen processing, IUI/IVF/ICSI samples, and TESA/PESA/TESE where required.
- Monitor incubators, culture conditions, QC parameters, equipment, and laboratory SOPs.
- Maintain accurate embryology records, witnessing, documentation, traceability, and ART compliance.
- Supervise and train Junior Embryologists and support day-to-day laboratory operations.
- Participate in quality improvement, audits, CAPA, and laboratory performance monitoring, MRD documentation.
- Must have knowledge of ART ACT/Regulations,



Forms(ART SUMMARY, TESA, Form-9,10,11,12,13,15) Documentation Flow.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Master's/Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Embryology, Reproductive Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 3–8+ years of hands-on experience in a Human IVF/ART Laboratory.
- Strong independent expertise in IVF, ICSI, embryo culture & grading, blastocyst culture, vitrification, warming/thawing, and sperm preparation & cryopreservation.
- Experience in team supervision and laboratory quality management preferred.

Preferred Skills

PGT/Embryo Biopsy, Laser-Assisted Hatching, IMSI/PICSI, TESA/PESA/TESE, Time-Lapse Embryo Monitoring, Electronic Witnessing, QMS/NABL/ISO exposure will be an advantage.
