- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options when required.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or bar.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
- Check on guests during their meal and respond to additional requests.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently while maintaining cleanliness.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when necessary.
- Prepare tables with cutlery, crockery, glassware, napkins, and other required items.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time.




- Process bills and payments when the role includes cashiering responsibilities.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
- Assist with banquets and events, such as weddings, conferences, and private functions.
- Follow food safety, hotel policies, and service procedures at all times.
- Upsell food and beverages where appropriate, such as recommending desserts, beverages, or special menu items.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
