We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive work culture and ensuring the seamless functioning of HR processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 1-1.5 years of proven experience in HR roles with a core focus on recruitment, performance management, Payroll and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.

Preferred Candidate:

- Candidates with strong leadership and people management skills.
- Prior experience in IT/Service industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
