Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Used Auto Parts Sales team. The candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls from customers across the USA, understand their vehicle and parts requirements, source the right used auto parts, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers.

· Understand customer requirements and identify the correct auto parts.

· Verify vehicle details, including VIN, Year, Make, Model, and Engine.

· Search inventory and supplier databases for available used parts.

· Prepare and explain quotations to customers.

· Negotiate pricing and close sales professionally.

· Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and logistics teams.

· Update CRM with customer interactions and order details.

· Follow up on quotations and pending orders.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

· Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Required Skills:

· Excellent spoken and written English.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Basic computer knowledge.





· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Good problem-solving skills.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Sales mindset with a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in International Voice Process or BPO.

· Experience in Used Auto Parts, Automotive Industry, or Sales (preferred but not mandatory).

· Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
