About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Expert Developer / Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning practice.

The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor with the ability to technically lead and mentor a small AI/ML team. You will work closely with our existing UI/UX, Web, and Mobile development teams to design and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions for client projects and in-house products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, train, test, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Develop LLM-based applications, including chatbots, RAG pipelines, document intelligence, recommendation systems, and predictive models.
- Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
- Manage the complete AI/ML lifecycle, including:
- Data preprocessing and preparation
- Model selection and development
- Training and evaluation
- Fine-tuning
- Deployment and MLOps
- Performance monitoring and optimization
- Work with GPT, Claude, and open-source LLMs to develop production-ready AI applications.
- Integrate AI/ML models with web and mobile applications through secure and scalable REST APIs.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, Web, Mobile, and Product teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
- Participate in AI solution architecture, technical feasibility assessments, and effort estimation for pre-sales and client projects.




- Identify opportunities to improve products and business processes using AI/ML and Generative AI.
- Mentor junior AI/ML developers and provide technical guidance.
- Establish and maintain AI coding, code review, testing, documentation, and development standards.
- Stay current with emerging developments in LLMs, Generative AI, Machine Learning, NLP, MLOps, and AI engineering.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- Python – solid hands-on experience
- TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
- Machine Learning / Deep Learning
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Generative AI – GPT, Claude, and/or open-source models
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Prompt Engineering
- Vector Databases
- REST API development and integration
- AI/ML model deployment and productionization
- Strong understanding of software development practices and Git

Required Experience

- Minimum 4 years of total software development experience.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML.
- Proven experience delivering at least 2 AI/ML solutions to production.
- Experience building and deploying LLM/Generative AI applications.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating AI solutions into production software.
- Ability to independently own AI/ML projects from concept to production deployment.

Education

Required:

- B.E. / B.Tech / M.C.A. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.





Preferred:

- M.Tech / M.S. in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
- Recognized AI/ML certification.
