Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment activities and day-to-day HR coordination. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, robust follow-up abilities and basic knowledge of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily hiring reports.
- Coordinate offer, joining and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave and basic HR administration.
- Support employee engagement and HR activities.




- Coordinate with management and different departments for manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification

- Any Bachelor's degree.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations preferred.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in recruitment, bulk hiring, sales hiring or HR consultancy will be preferred.
