Job description

Responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and timely delivery are achieved. Coordinate with operators, maintenance, quality, and management teams to maintain smooth production operations.

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and allocate daily production activities to operators.
- Monitor production targets, output, and efficiency.
- Ensure product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain production schedules and minimize downtime.
- Monitor manpower, machines, materials, and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety and 5S standards.
- Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
- Maintain production reports, records, and shift handover details.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Planning teams.
- Train and guide operators to improve productivity and performance.

Requirements

· Graduate / Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.

· 1–2 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
