HR Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and day-to-day HR operations at our child development center.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate joining formalities and maintain employee records.
- Manage staff attendance, leave, late coming, and absenteeism.
- Prepare appointment letters and other HR-related documents.
- Coordinate attendance and payroll-related information.
- Handle employee queries and staff coordination.
- Ensure employees follow organizational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate probation reviews and performance feedback.
- Manage resignation, notice period, and exit formalities.
- Maintain HR reports, trackers, and confidential employee records.




- Support management in day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidates with HR experience, preferably in a child development center, therapy center, healthcare, education, or similar service organization, will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Qualified, responsible, and people-oriented approach.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee matters professionally.
