Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Management Trainees for US Recruitment to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting professionals for the US market.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Identify and search for professionals in the US market through various sources.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle client requirements and assist in placing suitable professionals.
- Negotiate salary and other employment terms with candidates.
- Assist Account Managers and Team Leads with urgent technical requirements.




- Regularly update candidate information and recruitment records in the internal system.
- Work towards achieving recruitment targets within specified timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
- Good understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Robust problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Graduate candidates only.
- Candidates currently pursuing graduation are not eligible.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
