Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Business Development Executive for a Telugu and Hindi voice-based sales process. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Telugu and Hindi and confident in engaging clients over the phone to promote our services, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain our products/services in Tamil.
- Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Build strong rapport with clients and understand their requirements.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using clear and convincing communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales data.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and close sales within defined timelines.
- Work closely with the team to develop effective outreach and sales strategies.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Telugu and Hindi is mandatory (English proficiency is an added advantage).
- Minimum 6 month experience in telesales, telemarketing,



or voice process is preferred.
- Solid communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented attitude.
