Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Retail, IT & English Trainer to deliver engaging training programs that develop candidates’ retail knowledge, digital and IT skills, and English communication abilities.

The ideal candidate should be confident in classroom facilitation, comfortable working with diverse learners, and able to explain concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities1. Retail Training

- Deliver training on retail operations, customer service, sales techniques, and store procedures.
- Train learners on product knowledge, merchandising, inventory management, billing/POS, and basic retail processes.
- Develop learners’ customer-handling, selling, and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct role plays, demonstrations, activities, and practical exercises.
- Prepare learners for retail employment and workplace expectations.
- Monitor learner performance and provide constructive feedback.

2. IT / Digital Skills Training

- Deliver basic computer and digital literacy training.
- Train learners on MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Teach internet usage, email, online forms, digital payments, and other workplace technology.
- Introduce learners to basic data entry and digital workplace practices.
- Conduct practical exercises and assessments to measure learners’ IT proficiency.
- Support learners in developing confidence with computers and digital tools.

3. English & Communication Training

- Conduct training in spoken English, grammar, vocabulary,



pronunciation, and workplace communication.
- Develop learners’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Improve learners’ confidence in everyday and professional conversations.
- Conduct activities such as group discussions, role plays, presentations, interviews, and mock conversations.
- Train learners in customer-facing and workplace communication.
- Identify individual language gaps and provide appropriate support.

Training & Assessment Responsibilities

- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, presentations, worksheets, and activities.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, learner progress reports, and other training documentation.
- Conduct pre-assessments, periodic assessments, and final evaluations.
- Track learner performance and provide additional support where required.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Use learner-centric and activity-based teaching methodologies.
- Coordinate with the placement/team management for employment readiness activities.
- Participate in workshops, events, orientations, and other organizational activities.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate degree in any relevant discipline.
- Relevant certification in training, education, retail, IT, or English communication will be an advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English.




- Strong knowledge of basic computer applications and digital tools.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service.
- Prior training/teaching/facilitation experience is preferred.

Working Conditions

- Full time role involving classroom and practical training.
- May require interaction with learners from diverse educational and social backgrounds.
- May involve occasional travel, workshops, assessments, or placement-related activities.

Salary: ₹15000 per month / As per organization norms
