Job Description of Presales and Project Manager:

- Understand client requirements related to IT Hardware, Networking, Security, Surveillance, and Infrastructure solutions.
- Coordinate with Sales and Business Development teams for requirement gathering and solution designing.
- Prepare technical proposals, BOM (Bill of Materials), estimations, and commercial documents.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and distributors for pricing, technical specifications, and support.
- Prepare tender documents, compliance sheets, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical clarification during client discussions and bidding processes.
- End to end involvement in planning and execution of Projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and implementation engineers for smooth project execution.
- Prepare project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and status reports.
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of hardware and networking solutions.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Conduct project review meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure projects are executed within approved budget and timelines.




- Manage client communication and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Handle project closure documentation and customer signoffs.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of IT Hardware, Networking, Structured Cabling, Firewall, Servers, Storage, CCTV, and Wi-Fi solutions.
- Understanding of OEM products such as Cisco, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Fortinet, Sophos, Hikvision, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, project documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and client coordination effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have handled Government and defence customers.
- 10 Years relevant experience is required.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
- Certification in Networking or Project Management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
