Location: Mumbai
We are looking for a seasoned HR Head to drive our people strategy and lead HR operations across multiple restaurant locations and the corporate office.
Role Highlights:
- Lead end-to-end HR strategy aligned with business growth
- Drive large-scale hiring & workforce planning
- Strengthen employee engagement & organizational culture
- Ensure compliance with labour laws & statutory regulations
- Build performance-driven teams across outlets & corporate
Ideal Candidate:
MBA / PGDM in HR
5–8+ years of experience
Expertise in talent management, compliance & HR analytics
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
