About the Role

EduBH is offering a Learn + Earn Program where you can work as a BDA/Education Counsellor while pursuing an online UG/PG degree through their partner universities.

The program may support the course fee through financing as per the applicable terms, making the education effectively cost-free while you remain part of the program.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive around 100 student leads per day through CRM.
- Call students and understand their education requirements.
- Counsel students about suitable online UG/PG courses.
- Explain university, course, eligibility, fees, and admission details.
- Follow up with interested students.
- Convert eligible leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain student information and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Work towards sales/admission targets.

- Be able to work full-time from home.

This is not just a regular BDA job. You must be willing to pursue an online UG/PG course through EduBH alongside the job.
