- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children during day care hours.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts that promote learning and development.
- Create a positive, structured environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress, activities, and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace, ensuring that all supplies and materials are properly stored.
- Assist with the daily routine, including mealtimes, nap times, and transitions.
- Support children’s social interactions, encouraging positive behavior and resolving conflicts when necessary.
- Ensure that children are picked up by authorized individuals at the end of the day.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive environment.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including administering first aid when necessary.
- Attend training sessions and professional development opportunities as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
