Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company's social media presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, copywriting, audience engagement, and social media analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Create engaging social media posts, captions, stories, reels, and other content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams for creative development.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, collaborations, and promotional activities.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions and ensure timely responses.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular performance reports based on reach, engagement, growth, and other relevant metrics.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify content opportunities and emerging trends.




- Monitor changes in social media algorithms, features, formats, and industry trends.
- Explore and use AI tools to improve content ideation, research, copywriting, and social media planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant social media experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for engaging social media copy.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative/design tools is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with short-form video content, reels, hashtags, and current social media formats.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for basic reporting and data handling.
- Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to adopt new technologies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
