Key Responsibilities

- Understand manpower requirements and job profiles from hiring managers.
- Attract and source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates and assist in onboarding.




- Stay up to date with current hiring trends and best practices in recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Graduate preferred. HSC (12th pass) candidates may be considered based on interview performance.
- Experience: 0–2 years in recruitment or a related field.
- Age: 18 to 30 years.
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is a must.
- Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to work well in a team
- Goal-oriented with a long-term vision in HR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
