About the Role

Elite Butlers Hospitality Solutions is looking for a smart, hands-on hospitality professional with strong training capabilities to join our Training & Quality function.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who can independently design, coordinate and deliver hospitality training programs across private residences, corporate environments, hotels and aviation, while also supporting the quality standards of our internal service delivery.

The ideal candidate should combine strong operational hospitality knowledge with excellent presentation, communication and training skills. We are particularly interested in professionals who have previously worked as a Departmental Trainer, Certified Trainer, Train-the-Trainer qualified, Butler, House Manager, Estate Manager or Luxury Hospitality Professional.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Coordination

- Design and deliver hospitality training programs for:

- Private residences and HNI/UHNI households

- Corporate clients

- Hotels and hospitality businesses

- Aviation and premium service environments

- Conduct both in-person and virtual training programmes.

- Coordinate monthly virtual training calendars and periodic client-site training programs.

- Conduct training needs assessments and customise programs according to client requirements.

- Independently coordinate training logistics, schedules, participants, assessments and post-training feedback.

- Travel across India and internationally for client training assignments when required.





Training Content & Development

- Develop professional training manuals, SOPs, checklists, assessments, workbooks and training presentations.

- Create training modules covering the four major hotel operational areas:
Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping and Food Production/Kitchen Operations.

- Develop specialized modules around luxury service, guest handling, communication, grooming, etiquette, complaint handling, service recovery and residential hospitality.

- Continuously update training material based on evolving hospitality and luxury-service standards.

- Use Canva, PowerPoint and AI tools effectively to create visually strong, contemporary training content and presentations.

Quality & Internal Training

- Support the quality assurance of Elite Butlers' internal service delivery.

- Conduct regular briefings, debriefings and micro-training sessions for internal teams.

- Review client-facing communication, including emails, calls and service interactions, to ensure professionalism, accuracy and hospitality standards.

- Identify training gaps and conduct corrective/coaching sessions.

- Help establish measurable training and service-quality standards across the organisation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Strong operational background in hospitality or luxury service.

- Previous experience as a Hospitality Trainer, Departmental Trainer,



Train-the-Trainer, Learning & Development Executive or Training Executive is strongly preferred.

- Sound understanding of all four major hotel operational departments.

- Experience working in a reputed 5-star/luxury hotel, premium hospitality company or luxury service environment preferred.

- Exposure to HNI/UHNI residences, private households, butler service, estate management or house management will be a significant advantage.

- Experience training and working with multicultural teams.

- Excellent spoken and written English with strong presentation and facilitation skills.

- Confident conducting both classroom and virtual training.

- Strong working knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint and modern AI productivity/content-creation tools.

- Highly organised, presentable, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of assignments.

- Comfortable with frequent travel across India and occasional international assignments.

- Delhi NCR-based candidates preferred.

- Having a personal vehicle and valid driving licence would be advantageous.

What We Are Looking For

This position is not primarily a managerial or administrative training role.

We are looking for an executor , someone who can receive a training requirement, understand the client's environment, build the content, prepare the presentation, travel to the location, deliver the program, evaluate participants and follow through on quality and improvement.

The right candidate should be equally comfortable creating a training deck on Canva, conducting a virtual session, training a team at a client location, reviewing service standards and coaching an individual team member.
