The Crew Member is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Rail Rolls outlet by ensuring food preparation, customer service, cleanliness, order accuracy, and adherence to company SOPs and food-safety standards.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Food Preparation & Kitchen Operations
- Prepare food items according to Rail Rolls recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Follow proper portion control and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of food materials.
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients before use.
- Minimize food wastage and report damaged or expired materials to the Outlet Manager.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
