Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Tele Counselor to handle student enquiries and admission-related calls for UG and PG programmes. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, providing programme and admission-related information, conducting regular follow-ups, and supporting the overall admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to UG and PG programme admissions.
- Handle 150+ calls per day and maintain consistent calling activity.
- Contact prospective students and provide accurate information about UG and PG programmes, eligibility, fees, admission process, and other relevant details.
- Understand students' academic interests and requirements and guide them towards suitable programmes.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the counselling/admission team regarding student enquiries and requirements.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and admission conversion targets.
- Maintain daily calling, follow-up, and conversion reports.





Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is mandatory.
- Positive convincing, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls systematically.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and positive approach.

Language Requirements

- English communication is mandatory.
- Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in at least one regional language.
- Proficiency in Malayalam, Telugu, or Tamil will be preferred.
- Candidates who can communicate in more than one of these regional languages will be an added advantage.

Preferred

- Candidates with prior experience in education/admission calling will be preferred. Immediate joiners preferred.
