Job Description – Technical Trainer Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: On-site Experience: 1–5 Years Department: Training & Education About the Role We are looking for passionate and industry-oriented Technical Trainers to join our team in Vadodara. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, practical training to students and professionals across Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Full Stack Development, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging manner. Key Responsibilities - Deliver engaging classroom and/or lab-based training sessions. - Create and deliver structured technical training aligned with industry requirements. - Explain concepts through practical examples, coding exercises, projects, and real-world use cases. - Conduct coding sessions, assignments, assessments, quizzes, and technical evaluations. - Mentor students during projects and help them develop industry-ready skills. - Track learner performance and provide constructive feedback. - Keep training content updated with current industry trends and technologies. - Assist in developing course material, presentations, assignments, and project-based learning activities. - Resolve students' technical queries and provide one-on-one guidance when required. - Collaborate with the academic/training team to continuously improve the learning experience. Qualification - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field. - Relevant industry certifications or professional experience will be an added advantage. Preferred Experience - Prior experience as a Technical Trainer, Faculty, Developer, Data Scientist, AI/ML Engineer, Software Engineer, or Corporate Trainer. - Candidates with strong industry/project experience and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply. - Freshers with exceptional technical skills and strong communication abilities may also be considered.
