Job description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Collections Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to clients for payment follow-ups, resolving outstanding invoice issues, and ensuring timely collection of dues while maintaining robust customer relationships. The candidate should have a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, and the ability to handle pressure professionally. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of collection activities, coordinating with internal teams to resolve disputes, and preparing regular reports on collection status. Prior experience in collections or a similar finance role is preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools.

1. Developing and implementing collection strategies

2. Contacting debtors and negotiating payment plans

3. Resolving disputes and handling complaints

4. Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards

5. Analyzing data and identifying trends

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
