Job Overview
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Office-Based)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 / month + Performance Incentives
About the Role: This is primarily an office-based sales role focused on lead generation and client management, with site visits conducted as needed when prospective clients visit property locations.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify prospective leads through cold calling, outreach, and referrals.
- Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound calls to pitch plotting projects and follow up with interested prospects.
- Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships over the phone and guide buyers through the purchasing process.
- Client Site Visits: Accompany clients on occasional site visits to showcase plots and finalize deal closures.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 1–3 years in Real Estate or Plot Sales (Tele-sales / Inside Sales preferred).
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi.
Market Insight: Knowledge of Indore's real estate market (Ujjain Road area experience is a plus).
Flexibility: Comfortable with direct phone sales and conducting occasional client site visits when required.
