About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Motion Designer to design engaging animations and micro-interactions for a consumer mobile application. You will work closely with product and design teams to bring the app experience to life through smooth, intuitive, and purposeful motion.

Key Responsibilities

- Create animations and micro-interactions for mobile app experiences.
- Design progress indicators, screen transitions, loading states, and response states.
- Create motion concepts that enhance usability and user engagement.
- Develop animation assets suitable for mobile implementation.
- Create and deliver Lottie-ready assets for app integration.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure animations are technically feasible and visually consistent.




- Refine animations based on product requirements and feedback.
- Maintain consistency with the approved visual and motion design direction.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in motion design, animation, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Hands-on experience with Lottie is required.
- Experience creating animations and micro-interactions for mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of timing, easing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create lightweight, implementation-ready animation assets.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant motion design and mobile animation work.

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹400.00 per hour
