Marketing Head

Location: BIM Cafe Learning Hub, Kochi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: Experience in Business Development / Marketing

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the BDA team and monitor daily performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, BDA reviews, and performance discussions.
- Prepare and present monthly performance and marketing reports to management.
- Manage and assign leads to the team and ensure proper follow-up.
- Handle student enquiries and maintain strong relationships with students.
- Develop and implement recent marketing and business development ideas.
- Plan and coordinate marketing activities and events.
- Monitor team targets, conversions, and overall business development activities.
- Support the team in achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Professional, active, confident, and result-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
