Job Summary

Kotylidon Lab Private Limited is looking for a confident and customer-focused Voice Process Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to effectively handle customers over the phone.

The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, providing product information, resolving queries, following up with customers, and supporting sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Follow up with customers and interested leads.
- Support sales conversion through effective communication.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer and order handling.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach during every customer interaction.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in voice process, telecalling, customer support, telesales, or a related role.




- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and skilled personality.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Basic to good English communication preferred.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to follow up consistently.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
