Process: Customer Service

Salary: ₹14,000 In-Hand per month
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed
Languages Required: English and Hindi

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through the assigned process.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
- Maintain qualified communication with customers.
- Follow company processes and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer records and required documentation.

2. TVS Sales Executive

Process: TVS Sales
Experience: Freshers
Salary: ₹14,000 In-Hand per month
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Rotational
Languages Required: Marathi, English, and Hindi

Responsibilities:

- Contact and communicate with prospective customers.
- Explain products and services to customers.
- Generate interest and support the sales process.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
- Maintain customer information and sales records.

3. Poonawala Sales Executive

Process: Poonawala Sales
Experience: Experienced Candidates
Salary: ₹16,500 In-Hand per month




Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Rotational
Languages Required: Marathi, English, and Hindi

Graduate Salary Structure:

- Salary: ₹14,000
- NATS Amount: ₹6,000
- Total: ₹20,000

Responsibilities:

- Handle sales-related customer interactions.
- Explain relevant products and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and customers.
- Assist in achieving assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Follow company guidelines and sales processes.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply depending on the available process.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work according to the assigned shift and weekly-off schedule.

Salary

- Customer Service: ₹14,000 In-Hand
- TVS Sales: ₹14,000 In-Hand
- Poonawala Sales: ₹16,500 In-Hand for experienced candidates
- Graduate Poonawala Structure: ₹14,000 Salary + ₹6,000 NATS Amount = ₹20,000
