Travel Allowance: ₹180 per day (approx. ₹4,000 – ₹5,000/month)

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Field Sales Executives to promote Tharpure Organic Farms products, develop the market, onboard recent retailers, and increase product sales and visibility across Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

Visit retail stores, supermarkets, dairy shops, and local markets regularly.

Promote and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of company products.

Generate new leads and onboard new retailers and distributors.

Build and maintain robust relationships with retailers and customers.





Encourage retailers to stock and promote company products.

Achieve assigned sales, outlet coverage, and market development targets.

Ensure proper product visibility, display, and availability at retail outlets.

Collect customer and market feedback and share competitor insights.

Follow up with existing retailers to generate repeat orders.

Submit daily sales and market visit reports to the reporting manager.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Graduate.

Good communication and Sales skills.

Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.

Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
