Roles & responsibilities
This is an exciting new role for 2 individuals who are experienced in HR. Our company is a global employee of record. We support many companies around the world in hiring their employees and maintaining their employment through us.
Research and develop processes and procedures
- Maintain the Company's internal HR system with the most up to date employment law guidance, processes and procedures and templates.
- Communicate with external vendors and clients and ensure their queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Generalists work such as basic investigations and disciplinaries, research into compensation and benefits, build knowledge on VISA requirements for multiple countries.
- Involvement and knowledge in payroll administration and to liaise with the payroll team (i.e. social and tax deductions, statutory payments required for the country etc)
Desired candidate profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field,
providing a foundational understanding of HR principles.
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating a proven track record of handling various HR functions effectively such as policy/ procedure writing, experience of working internationally and proven research experience.
- Experience within the fintech or IT industry, showcasing an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the sector.
- Possession of a relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar), validating skilled expertise and commitment to the field.
- A proactive individual who can find the 'resolution' through research and asking the right questions.
- A multitasker who can deal with multiple queries at the same time
- Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written in English
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
