We are looking for a System Administrator to manage our day-to-day office systems, enquiries, communication, and digital activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to all customer & exhibitor enquiries
- Follow up enquiries through Phone Calls & WhatsApp Messages
- Manage WhatsApp Automation & Bulk Messaging
- Handle Bulk Email Campaigns & Email Communication
- Maintain and update Excel sheets, databases & records
- Handle all office-related system & computer work
- Coordinate and manage enquiry data and follow-ups
- Assist in basic graphic designing & content preparation
- Support Digital Marketing activities
- Handle Tele-calling & customer follow-ups
- Coordinate with the internal team for daily operational requirements

Skills Required

✔ Positive knowledge of Computer & System Handling





✔ Strong Excel knowledge

✔ Knowledge of WhatsApp Automation & Bulk Email

✔ Basic Graphic Design knowledge

✔ Basic Digital Marketing knowledge

✔ Good Tele-calling & Communication Skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

✔ Good follow-up and coordination skills

Languages

Tamil & English – Must
